This office is a joke. Very bad customer service, very unprofessional and staff have no manners. Im not surprise if this will close soon. The way this business is being handled is very poorly. Being rude to other people will not bring you anywhere. If only I can rate this office a negative star I would!!! Do yourself a favour and attend webinars to help your mickey mouse dental office prosper!!

Been looking for a Filipino owned Dental clinic around Scarborough for months. Good thing I found Tita Ange (Owner). Her clinic is soooo close to where I live! The service is really good and I felt really welcomed while I was in there.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. They also have flexibile payment options if you want to add services like teeth whitening and such. They’re my go to dentist now!

since 2014 from not having insurance coverage to having insurance superior customer service and care. Cheerful denttist, amazing owner and hospitable staff. My whole family is grateful as part of the universale smile. You've got to check out this dental care centre in Toronto.

I was having a nightmare regarding my fix retainer before since i did that in other country. when I got back home some parts of it has detached. I've contacted a lot of dental clinics in toronto but no one responded as quickly as UNIVERSAL SMILE. they have fast services and most of all very affordable. until now Iam still enjoying the service i had..Thank you UNIVERSAL SMILE.
