Dr. Allison Moore and the entire staff at UDA Waxhaw provide some of the best dental services I have experienced. The initial consultation which included a full set of x-rays was thorough and the plan of action was clearly explained. I required deep scaling and a crown.

The billing of my insurance and explanation as to the minimal out of pocket costs were provided in an easy to understand and clear format. The entire experience from cleaning, deep scaling, and crown preparation and installation was done with the highest level of professionalism. The dentist can be a difficult experience however the staff and process at UDA Waxhaw truly makes it painless and stress free.

Recently, I had a significant amount of dental work done to install a bridge on my upper teeth. The staff was extremely reassuring, and helpful during the visits to the office for completion of this week. Starting with the smiling face at the front desk, Maddy, who greets you, to Colby, Dr. Surti’s assistant, and Dr. Surti herself were tremendous. Highly recommend for dental needs!

While Dr Moore personally requested a review, this review is for the whole team I’ve dealt with over the last 6 months This office reminds of a good cheeseburger (iykyk) Maddy holds this team together as the bun and always a pleasant greeting when coming to the office Claudia adds some flavor as the condiments; she is always there to help, greet you with a smile, and crack a joke. Dr Moore is a necessity as the cheese. She’s great, and a very important part Rachel is vital to the office as the patty.

She’s extremely nice and honest, and cleans your teeth so well that you feel better when you leave than when you arrive In all seriousness, this place has been great. My favorite dentist office of my life by far
