They kept setting me up for appointments and never informed me that my insurance at the time was not paying for my wife, daughter, and myself. Therefore, the bill got very high due to no one saying anything and they took me to court for over $1200 dollars that I wouldn't have had to pay at another dentist office because they took my insurance. The work they did was good but poor administration department which having me owe money I wouldn't owe going somewhere else.

They knew and said nothing. No integrity I suppose.

Dr. Vernon is very personable as is all of her staff. My family has had nothing but positive experiences with Dentistry by Design. They cater to all ages and my kids really look forward to going to the dentist!

Friendly and well qualified staff. They take the time to know you as a patient and tailor care to your specific situation. In my case, I had a small cavity a couple of years ago and Dr Vernon prescribed a high fluoride toothpaste (rather than a filling). It not only saved me money, it saved me the headache of getting the filling.

The staff is always upbeat and smiling when we visit. That's not necessarily important to good tooth care, but it makes the visits something that I always look forward to. You can't say that about too many dentists!
