I Have a new born son and forgot what day it was and I didn’t realize I had forgotten my theeth cleaning appointment. I directly called and apologized that I was late, which I understand that I needed to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled my appointment to a day that was good. The day comes up and I find myself 7 minutes late to the appointment due to bad traffic and 2 car accidents coming from DC.

I called to try to let them know before the appointment and they were OUT for lunch and couldn’t return my call I call back DURING WORKING hours 1:01pm after lunch letting them know and refused to pick up their phone I get to my appointment 7 minutes late and they Refused to see me stating their policy is 10 minutes late so I was within their“ policy window of lateness” and they still refused me. I talked directly with the owner she raises her hands in the air saying it’s policy that your 10 mins late we can’t see you and would cause others late NO ONE WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM JUST MYSELF. I told her is only been 7 minutes and she said OH WELL so they tried to reschedule for future 3 months after the Normal 6 month wait. and I said this is BS because I’m within the time limits of your “ policy.

The OWNER can’t even do a Apicoectomy which is a minor surgery for an infected tooth. I had the surgery years ago and brought it up to her and she said she would have just pulled the tooth because she wasn’t trained to do one so this dentist is not even fully skilled at her trade and has rude staff. I get a Certified letter in the mail having them break up with me stating my “office outburst” was unacceptable because I called them on their BS because I was in their appointment window and they didn’t follow their own policy

Dr Claudia astorch is the most knowledgeable, professional, kindrkest and caring dentist I've ever had in my whole life!! She's very sweet and enjoyable to be around! Her staff are also very friendly and caring!!

Margie Stahle

Wish all the dentists were as good as her! She’s honest! Explains options for work on my level and answers all questions. Great staff and Diana is a great hygienist. Only thing I would change would be to add a few chairs in waiting room for people with back issues. Chairs that are higher, firmer with arms to help get up.

Vida dental and the entire staff is simply amazing! This place makes you feel like you are right at home and apart of the family. They take the fear and any anxiety that you may have for the dentist disappear completely. Looking forward to my ongoing visits with Vida Dental. 🦷
