Had a really good experience. They told me everything I needed step by step. Check in was quick & fast & her name was Kathy. When I got to the back Tina was very nice, funny & made me feel comfortable. Dr Ruhala was very nice also & explained everything & answered all questions. A really good team here.

They were such a breath of fresh air. After going to an extraction happy dentist for the last couple years. It was so nice to be communicated with and have an actual treatment plan offered and affordable as well. Glad to have found my new dentist.

I am only giving 2 stars just because of how wonderful and caring the assistants and front desk staff is, and I did have a good experience with Dr. Hyer my first visit. I needed an extraction and I ended up with Dr. Wheeler. A few things happened during the extraction that I didn't like, but not worth going into detail. It was my second visit with her for a dry socket that has me very upset. It's common knowledge, ESPECIALLY by dentists, that they're painful and dentists being in that profession, should have compassion and empathy for their patients. Dr. Wheeler was as cold as ice when she came in.

I was visibly upset and not expecting dry socket. There was absolutely no compassion shown at all, just a few words and her blaming me for having dry socket. She proceeded to tell me 2 things I could do, which would be to flush or she'd have to cut me open. I was crying pretty hard at that point, but the room was quiet and the person I had with me informed me that while I was crying, Dr. Wheeler looked like she was trying not to laugh and was making faces, which I did see out the corner of my eye, I was too upset to actually realize what I did see. Apparently, faces and eye rolling happened at both visits while I was in the chair. No matter if you think it's the patients fault or not, you don't sit there behind their back and think an excruciating dry socket is a "that's what you get moment" and lack any kind compassion AS A DENTIST. Things happen and accidents happen. I asked her which she thought would be better as far as treatment, she said it was up to me.

How do you not know? I was left confused and had to weigh my options while upset and not feeling well. But I understood she was frustrated at the fact she might have to work on me again, so I am glad I chose the irrigation as I felt the frustration and dislike from this dentist, and she left the room and didn't come back. The assistant was just the absolute sweetest person and she irrigated the extraction and really wanted to help my pain. As someone who struggles with fear of the dentist and to regulate emotions, the assistants were so much more caring and patient with me than the actual dentist. While I'm sure others have had a great experience with her, I decided to share mine as it just all around hurt. As a dentist, you have to be ready for any and all kinds of personalities in your chair, you never know what someone is going through.

I had a wonderful experience! I went yesterday for a wisdom tooth extraction, and they did just that and more! Tina, who was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming, made my experience a lot more easier… I was so nervous to be in there because I didn’t know what to expect, but I’m so glad that I went… I definitely will be coming back again… I think I just found my forever dentist.

All the doctors and staff were also very friendly and welcoming as well… I honestly don’t remember all of their names 🫶🏽 but Tina was with me the entire time, which made it 10x better for me! 10/10 definitely will recommend!
