Very poor Invisalign experience with Waverly. Due to staffing shortages my trays were held for 6 weeks without any notification. Had to absolutely hound the office to even return my calls or keep me updated on the situation. No actual efforts to make things right on my end. Just go elsewhere if you have the choice.

DO NOT GOT TO THIS DENTIST! I could go on and on but the majority of these reviews are fake. I went here for a short time. They told me I had three cavities that I didn’t actually have after my next dentist looked at the X-rays. I ended up needing a crown after one of the “cavities” became infected. They tried THREE times to get the crown right and then I ended up needing a root canal.

I went to a new dentist and they got the crown right the first time. I finally got my money back after recording the dentist on my phone. It’s so sad professionals can get away with this.

I was nervous going back to the dentist after not being able to for a long time and this office was soooo kind. Every single person from front staff, dental hygienist, techs, and Dr. Matthews and Dr. Dunlap were the nicest and calmest people.

My 3 year old was so comfortable with her visit. I needed a deep teeth cleaning and they did an AMAZING job and so much guidance on good dental care. I am so happy I found this office for our dental care.

First let me start by saying I was so nervous about having an implant in general, not to mention it's my front tooth! When I saw Dr. Matthews for the consultation he was the nicest guy and gave me his plan step by step. I went for the actual procedure yesterday and I was blown away with how easy it was! Dr. Matthews was so gentle and informative through the entire procedure.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Matthews and Waverly Dental to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate and professional dental home. Couldn't be happier with my choice!
