If I could give Dr. Horowitz and her team 10 stars I would! Their mantra should be "going the extra mile" because no matter what you need they will make it happen. I did Invisaline and Dr. Horowitz made sure everything was perfect, from correcting my under-bite, to narrowing my lower incisors to make room for all of my teeth.

Her team is also a pleasure to work with and these ladies make you feel at home every time you come into their beautiful West Seattle office. They made a huge effort to work with my very complicated schedule and navigated my multiple insurance companies. If you have the option to go to Dr. Horowitz I would strongly recommend her!

I had the greatest experience with Dr. H and her staff, specially Pam, Jenn and Christel who were the ones I was most in touch with and are the sweetest people ever. I went to a few doctors before her and I felt like they were overcomplicating my treatment. Here, I felt like everything was straight forward and I actually finished my Invisalign treatment before I expected.

I am very satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this practice.

An enthusiastic 5 Stars for Dr. Heidi Horwitz and her staff! I grew up in a poor family with 6 kids, so braces were never an option growing up. Fast forward years later, and after school, work, marriage, putting a child through private schools, braces and college, it was finally my time to address a smile that always bothered me and was causing issues with wear. In a consultation with a different orthodontist, I was told they would need to pull teeth. I never went back. Thank goodness I found Dr.

Horwitz, as she confirmed there was no need to pull teeth, and moreover, that she could correct my crooked overbite using the Invisalign system. I didn’t think Invisalign was even an option for me, but she patiently explained the entire process, showing before and after pictures of smiles like mine. Her office employs high-tech equipment, and is in a beautiful setting in West Seattle, which is a great location for anyone living on the west or south side. Her staff is fantastic – a fun, professional and congenial team. I seriously can’t remember when I’ve laughed so much at any doctor’s office. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs, and care about their patients and their treatment results.

Now that my treatment is complete, I will truly miss my second family at Dr. Horwitz office. I plan to visit just to say ‘Hi’ now and then (and for the occasional retainer check). I recommend Dr. Horwitz – smiles all around!

I brought my child to Dr. Horowitz for her first orthodontics experience starting last January 2020. She just completed Phase One with great success and is wearing a retainer now at night to support her new beautiful smile. All the staff at West Seattle Orthodontics was consistently friendly and helpful at all times.

I also loved that is is an all woman run business (!), super professional, and how clean and modern the offices and equipment are. We already refereed another friend for their orthodontics work to them and they are finishing up their Phase One now as well! I can't recommend them highly enough.
