The clinic and professionals therein are super professional, informative, friendly, and thorough. The company, however, has some serious issues. I believe it's trying to do far more than is possible for such a company, which behaves like an HMO (a sort of insurance company/provider model that can roughly be compared to a subscription service), but the administrative side of the company fails to provide professional or timely service in exchange for the premiums (or subscription fees) it charges and blames "low staffing" as an excuse. One example is I called in March for a cleaning, and the representative said--- The calendar is full beyond two months, so we are not making any appointments at this time.

You'll have to call back and keep trying until you can get an appointment. — When I asked why, after paying the monthly premium/subscription fees, would WDG refuse to schedule a cleaning--even two or three months out, I was given the "short staffed" excuse. Oh brother. Look.

If you cannot solve your staffing problem, then close the business and put yourself out of your misery.

This clinic is refusing to allow me to use my benefit coverage for a second cleaning as my dentist only recommended one (which she never explained to me or allowed me to question). Standard practice is 2 cleanings a year and they are denying me prophylactic care. It’s impossible to speak to anyone directly about the issue and I’m not able to get in touch with my dentist for a valid explanation.

I did have my exam and cleaning here and the exam itself was fine, however my cleaning was performed with manual scaling as the ultrasonic was out of service which made the entire cleaning process longer and more uncomfortable. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone if you’d like to be respected as a patient.

I recently had an experience with Willamette Dental Group regarding their appointment scheduling system, and I wanted to share my thoughts. While I appreciate the services provided, the centralized call center approach is somewhat inconvenient. It can be challenging to reach my local clinic directly for scheduling or rescheduling appointments, which sometimes leads to delays. Additionally, securing appointments with orthodontists can be quite difficult due to limited availability and frequent changes in providers.

This inconsistency can impact long-term treatment plans for orthodontic cases, which is understandably concerning for patients. I believe that allowing direct access to local clinics and improving the scheduling process could greatly enhance the patient experience. Thank you for considering this feedback as a way to improve your services!

I have pleasant conversation with this scheduling staff with the staff at the dental office and the staff that is behind the desk with the dentist. The dentist are clear concise and give you feedback and answer all questions. I believe I get very good care here thank you and I appreciate all of you.
