I have had so so much dental work done in the last 10-15 years, for multiple reasons (medical malabsorption and medications make bones brittle etc). . . I used to years ago go to a dentist with the tv screens and all the distraction tools but they never remembered me visit to visit - always made me feel uncomfortable etc. . . Dr. Stevens whole office is amazingly kind, whenever I go in they all know my name, he always is patient with me and works with the insurance I have .
. . and honestly I can’t afford the dental implant I needed here in USA so I went to Mexico, Dr. Stevens was understanding and considerate and even checked the work by the Mexican dentist when I returned. . . I have never written a google review but I just felt I can’t recommend Dr. Stevens enough! Thank you!!!!

Has anyone else had trouble with schedule changes without their knowledge? It’s happened to us a few times!!! So frustrating! To be honest my husband has missed a few appointments due to his crazy work schedule so it’s almost like we’re being punished! Otherwise I absolutely love our hygienist Jan and the other ladies in the back. They are the only reason we stay.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stephens for several years and since Dr. Woodward bought the practice, I have become his patient.
I am very impressed with Dr. Woodward and the staff - everyone is so friendly and the quality of care & service they provide is unparalleled. Jan has been my dental hygienist for years and she is absolutely amazing! 🙌 Every visit I've had here has been a pleasant one - yes, even the visits for fillings or dental work! They are great about explaining what they are/will be doing so I know the game plan, which I really appreciate because it keeps me involved with my dental treatment so I know exactly what to expect.
So, if you have questions for them, ask away! 😊 If you're looking for a dental office, this is the place to go. They will definitely leave you with a positive "impression" and a good taste in your mouth. (Dental humor, anyone?) And although I've been located on the South Hill for years, the drive continues to be 100% worth it because they are the BEST!

Such a great experience on my first visit yesterday! The staff were friendly, the length of my appointment aligned with the time provided when I scheduled my appointment, the X-rays went quickly with no retakes, my cleaning was efficient and thorough, and even my time with the Dr. Woodward was timely and informative. I also appreciated the information through the process along with the questions about my habits and concerns.
I definitely recommend Dr. Woodward's office if you are looking for a great experience!
