The one star rating is because of the nasty, racist secretary. No matter how nice I was with her, she would just be NASTY. The waiting room is freezing cold now ( November) NO HEAT!! Tv is blasting in Russian tv show without regard for others. I called to come earlier and was told to do so thinking I was at least going to be seen at 5. 5:30 I was called in and waited for Dr to see me. Very unpleasant experience.

The Dr is ok. It’s not his fault I guess that his nasty secretary has patients come earlier just to have them wait. Not nice. Last time coming to this place. Will look for another dentist.

The doctor makes me feel comfortable regardless of the complexity of the dental work and that’s very important to me. I don’t have insurance and find their prices very competitive. Around ten years passed since getting I first became a patient here and all of the dental work is holding in place today just as well as it did on day one. Very clean office.

I’ve been a patient of Doctor Alla Shataif for over 5 years. Always super professional, positive and attentive. Every time I come I feel like she remembers every procedure we’ve done in the past. This personal touch makes all the difference for me.

Absolutely love her and always refer all of my friends. There’s also a gorgeous girl Alena on the front desk, who always welcomes you with a warm shiny smile.

The receptionist is awful she has soo much attitude for no reason at all. They are always running behind schedule and never take you for when you have your appointment. I had to wait 3 hours after my schedule appointment to be seen. They also do insurance fraud!!!!! They billed my insurance for a filling which I never had.

The only good thing the doctor is nice and dental assistants are very friendly. They should really change the receptionist though.
