Thanks so much to this amazing team. I haven’t had a cleaning for a year due to the dentist always does it in like 10 minutes! I was very skeptical but Cynthia prove me wrong! She was so patient and took her time to help me clean! She also took the time to explain how to floss properly. I was very impress with her confidence.

I am very pleased and will be back just to have her clean for me again. Thank you Cynthia!! Amazing hygienist!!

I’ve been going to this practice for the last few months after spending years avoiding the dentist and I’ve been blown away by how warm, kind, and easygoing everyone is, from the front desk to the dentists. They really live up to their name while providing great care.

I recommend this practice for anyone who gets a bit anxious about visiting the dentist, as they do a lovely job putting their patients at ease while being thorough in their work.

This was my first dental visit in New York, as I hadn’t found a regular dental office yet. I was a bit nervous and wanted to take my time researching before making a choice. I ended up getting a cleaning and check-up here, and everything went smoothly.

All of the staff were incredibly kind, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean and comfortable, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, a great visit — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fortunately, I had a good first appointment. Didn’t wait very long. cleaning was nice. The dentist was kind and informative. She told me I needed a mouth guard at nighttime for grinding my teeth, not that unusual and I’ve had this problem before. I scheduled an appointment to get it fitted the next week. I showed up and they said I didn’t have an appointment / they forgot to let me know that the mouth guard wasn’t ready yet.

That was annoying but I was willing to give them another chance. Then they scheduled another appointment another week later. I showed up and they had me wait an hour - just for a mouth guard fitting. Sadly, there were other patients waiting even longer than that and were there before me. I went up to the office and asked when I would see someone and the woman said I could just go home and try it on myself and report back. Never had that response before / is that even allowed? I finally got in after waiting a total of an hour and half. It’s unfortunate because I liked my dentist and hygienist but it’s so disorganized and they don’t take any accountability.

I decided not to go back and asked them to fax my past pictures, etc, to the next office. They never did that. I called twice, still never did it. I wouldn’t trust this office if they can’t be on top of their scheduling or take accountability for their mistakes. Highly do not recommend.
