I found Dr Zollett through a dentist I went to for a second opinion for a possible root canal. From my first phone call, the staff were kind and incredibly helpful. I received an email beforehand with my estimate which I truly appreciated. The day of, everyone was friendly and it was a pain free procedure. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.

Horrible customer service. Dr. Zollett refused to retreat my root canal, when I was still in pain after the fact. Refused to even see me and canceled my appointment after I waited a moth to get back in when she was out due to a broken foot.

I was patient with her, all I wanted was to come in a check on my tooth pain, which hurt after her root canal. Please do yourself a favor and visit the many other endodontists in Cincinnati, this one is not easy to deal with. I don't wrie negative reviews, this was just so disrespectful I couldn't keep quiet.

I went to this endodontist after my general dentist referred me for an evaluation only, since I had experienced temporary pain that turned out to be related to sinusitis. At the time of the appointment, I had no pain and no symptoms at all. When I arrived at the front desk, they were already preparing a payment for a root canal before any evaluation had taken place. I told the receptionist I was only there for an evaluation, but she looked at me with surprise, almost annoyed. Then the doctor came in and immediately prepared for a root canal, without confirming if it was truly needed. I explained that I had no more pain, no symptoms, and I was there only for evaluation.

She performed a cold test, and I felt only a small increase in sensitivity on the affected tooth. No strong pain. When I mentioned that, she said that was already enough to confirm the need for treatment. I accepted, and that was my mistake. During the procedure, both the doctor and her assistant talked to each other about other random topics, completely ignoring me, as if I wasn't even there. They never looked at me or spoke to me directly.

I felt like I was just an object in the room. The treatment itself went fine technically. But after reviewing the case and doing more research, especially as a physician myself, I realized the root canal was likely not necessary at all. I believe patients deserve more communication, respect, and time to decide. I do not recommend this clinic.
