I have received two dental cleanings at Zolotar, and both times I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. The dentist did not floss, and there’s certainly no way that a thorough cleaning and examination can be done in such a short time. It seems negligent, and I will not be returning.

Really sweet dentist, I thought my experience in the waiting room was nice and felt comfortable with Dr. Regina. Unfortunately, the filling she put in fell out twice which led me to get a new insurance and go to a different dentist who told me that multiple fillings needed to be replaced after viewing my xrays. This was very disappointing because Dr. Regina did not mention this to me.

After the first filling, I could not floss between my teeth which was painful when food got stuck there. One of the fillings was put in without anesthesia which was a very uncomfortable experience. The service was quick, which I liked but maybe too quick for it to be thorough in the examination. I'd recommend her for cleanings but not for basic restorative care.

I decided to give this place a chance despite some negative reviews, mainly because of its convenient to my home. Regrettably, this turned out to be a grave error, as my experience left me feeling that they completely disregarded my time. I scheduled an appointment a whole week in advance. However, my first appointment day arrived, and they informed me that the dentist was ill, causing the cancellation of my appointment.

I rescheduled in the coming week, hoping for a smoother experience. On my second appointment day, they dropped another bombshell - they did not accept my insurance, despite me providing my insurance information on day one. It's baffling that they failed to verify my insurance coverage when I initially informed them with the necessary details, wasting three weeks of my time in the process. I had to make adjustments to my work schedule to accommodate these appointments, and now I find myself unable to see a new dentist for another week due to the need for rescheduling.

As a working professional, this has been an utterly frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. My advice: steer clear of this place.

As a long-time patient of the dental office, I must express my disappointment with my recent experience. Despite years of satisfactory visits, my most recent cleaning was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the excessive calls on the day of the appointment to confirm were unnecessary and disruptive. Upon arrival, it was evident that the staff was in a rush to leave for the day, which set a negative tone for the appointment.

During the cleaning, which lasted less than twenty minutes, the dentist's lack of attention to detail was concerning. Despite using suction, water was consistently splashed onto my face, and so much excess water accumulated that it began to leak down my neck. This not only caused discomfort but also left my glasses completely covered, hindering my ability to see clearly. When I brought this to the dentist's attention, she apologized and ceased using water altogether, which only highlighted the lack of attention during the procedure.

Additionally, the dentist's casual remark about potentially replacing a crown covered by insurance, without discussing it further, left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a patient. Overall, this experience fell far short of the standard of care I have come to expect from this dental office. With issues ranging from rushed appointments to lack of attention to patient comfort and communication, I am left questioning whether to continue seeking dental care at this establishment.
