Dentist and staff have always been professional and cater to my child's needs we have been going since 4 yrs old now a teenager. Dr Jaha and team are like family. Professional and kind.

I felt extremely uncomfortable and dismissed during our last visit. Unfortunately,  we will be looking for a new dentist. My daughter needed a 3 month cleaning. We arrived and followed all COVID guidelines (temp checks and masks). I was told that I couldn't go back with my 7 year old because I had my 3 year old. I was reluctant to go in but was repeatedly told that "she'll be fine". I checked with my daughter and she wanted to go in. I sat in the waiting room because there was a window where I can see the exam room but I was informed that it's closed. We stood by the outside door. I wanted to go to the waiting room window, just to check on her but was asked to step back outside. I was becoming more and more uncomfortable so I asked for my daughter and let them know that they could cancel the cleaning (they hadn't started the cleaning at this point). I kept hearing "she's fine".The dentist came to assure me that in a couple of minutes I could go back. About 15 minutes passed, they said
