Dr. Jared Cole is a lighthearted and compassionate dentist committed to the highest quality patient care. He enjoys building strong relationships with his patients to learn about their oral health goals and find solutions best for them. More than just caring for his patients, Dr. Cole strives to give his patients an understanding of their oral health and how it affects their general well-being.Dr. Cole earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at East Carolina School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a General Practice Residency program at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, a Level 1 trauma hospital. During his residency he focused on treating medically complex and special needs patients. He continues his education today with courses through ECU School of Dental Medicine, Gordon Christensen, UNC Adams School of Dentistry, Workman School of Dental Medicine, AGD. These courses ensure that Dr. Cole can provide the best, most up-to-date care at the highest standards.In addition to his education, Dr. Cole is a member of several professional organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, American Academy of Oral Medicine, and Special Care Dentistry Association. The dental profession allows him to serve the people in his community, as well as those in needin underserved areas across North Carolina. Outside the dental office, he gives back to his community working with Mission of Mercy clinics, and a free mobile clinic in Charlotte. Dr. Cole, however, is much more than a dentist. Born in Charlotte, he has a fascinating background that includes, animal medicine and rehabilitation, natural horsemanship training, automotive technology, commercial and residential construction, and remodeling. He enjoys life with his wife Kathy who is also a dentist. Advocates for animal rescues, they share their lives with many rescue dogs, cats, horses and donkeys, several with special needs.
