About
Jason Bienia, DDS, and his wife are thrilled to have made North Carolina their home! Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and having since lived in three states, Dr. Bienia and his wife, Theresa, believe the mountains, beaches, and friendly people of North Carolina make it the ideal place to call home. They reside in Apex, North Carolina with their three wonderful puppies named Merlin, Arthur, and Shagred, Bichon Frieze brothers. Theresa works at the Duke University Health Systems as a clinical microbiologist and works behind the scenes at the practice. Dr. Bienia is ecstatic to have his beautiful and talented wife a part of Dentistry by Design of Cary. Dr. Bienia attended Saint Ignatius High School, infamous for their rigorous Academic program which sends graduates on to many prestige universities, colleges and military officer programs. Saint Ignatius also has a foot ball program famous nationwide, having been the #1 football team in the country four years in a row. He earned his bachelor of science degree at Case in 1985 at Case Western University (CWRU) where Watson and Crick discovered the DNA Helix. He went on to graduate again in 1989 from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Dental Medicine. With a passion for continuing education, Dr. Bienia has trained at some of the nation's leading institutions including the Pankey Institute. He has focused his training and experience in many complex dental procedures including full mouth reconstruction. s played trumpet in many bands, orchestras, and church ensembles. Now he is studying the bamboo flute. While he has many interests such as travel, skating, biking, boxing, radio controlled helicopters, and reading, he focuses most of his time on his career in dental health as well as his family. He is thrilled to be a part of the Cary Community and the contagious energy of his whole team at Dentistry by Design of Cary. Dr. Bienia is an accomplished musician, and has played trumpet in many bands, orchestras, and church ensembles. Now he is studying the bamboo flute.
