About
Dr. Jean completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with an emphasis in Pediatric Dentistry. She devoted much of her time towards helping underserved women and children through her work with professional dental organizations and community outreaches. Immediately following her dental education, she continued her training in the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry at Columbia University where she took care of children with diverse medical and special needs backgrounds, in clinical, emergency and operating room settings at the prestigious New York Presbyterian Hospital. When given the opportunity, she enjoys combining her love for travel and dentistry by volunteering for dental mission trips to help treat disadvantaged populations around the world. Dr. Jean has served in outreaches as close as Tennessee, and as far away as the Dominican Republic and the Philippines. She is certified in both Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (P.A.L.S.). Dr. Jean stays current in the field through active membership in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
