About
Early years.....I was born in Lima, Peru. A land known for its amazing food and of course Machupicchu, one of the seven wonders of the world. I attended Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University, where I graduated in 2000. After gaining my DDS degree, I decided to move to the United States for special training at the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program (AEGD) at the University of Connecticut. During my time there, I completed a two year residency, followed by a one year fellowship. After that, I was offered a position as a Clinical Instructor for the AEGD program which I held for one year. I have since been practicing in the Northern Virginia area since 2010.Nowadays...I was able to make my dream come true: to operate my own dental practice and apply all the knowledge and experience I acquired in my previous years. My desire to renovate smiles with the highest quality and innovative treatments became reality at RenovaSmiles which continues to grow and expand thanks to great staff support and the amazing patients who have become a part of our family.Personal facts about me:I love spending time with my my wife (most famous for being my partner in crime") Dr. Eliana Cuellar, and my lovely (and terrible) kids: Nicholas, Ian and Ivana. I also possess a secret skill most of my friends and family love: I am a great cook!
