About
Dr. Kelly Goeckner was born in San Jose, California but raised in Wilmington, North Carolina. Loyal to the Wolfpack, she attended North Carolina State University where she played varsity volleyball. Dr. Goeckner graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry, Bachelors of Science in Polymer and Color Chemistry and a minor in Economics. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with honors from theUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Michigan and is a board certified orthodontist through the American Board of Orthodontics. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists,Southern Association of Orthodontists and North Carolina Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Kelly Goeckner is thrilled to be back home in North Carolina. Aside from helping patients choose color ties and singing to the radio, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, son and daughter. She loves to play all types of sports and you can often find her at the Wilson YMCA. Her and her family are parishioners of St. Therese Catholic Church.
