Absolute Dental Care

I just had my teeth cleaned at Absolute dental care , the hygienist was amazing (Nona). The Dentist came in and looked my teeth over , I did point out that I had a cracked tooth, she said unless I am feeling pain, it looks fine. What a huge relief, as I am terrified of going to the Dentist.

I gave 4 stars because it was a cleaning and not anything that had to do with any drilling, fillings or serious Dental work. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

Patients be ware of this office's billing practices. I went in for a regular dental cleaning which is covered by my insurance plan. Several weeks later I receive a text message that I owe $48. I called the office to get an understanding of how this is the case when the service is completely covered by my insurance.

The staff was very dismissive, didn't want to take the time to explain how I owe money, and told me I just needed to pay it. I called my insurance and they told me they covered the service completely and I did not have a patient responsibility. My insurance company called the dental office and the dental office staff told them I'm responsible for charges over the allowable amount that was paid. My insurance company informed the dental office they are contractually obligated to accept the billing rate and I had no financial obligation for the service.

I can't believe the dental office would try to bill me for something I'm not responsible for. So beware, they may try the same with you.

Been going there for 3 months now. Great Place. Appointments are easy to schedule, Dental technicians are extremely friendly, considerate and willing to take the time to listen to you. Office staff is very friendly. Dr. Dhaliwal has a great "chairside" manner. She has always been willing to answer all my questions and explain all aspects of my care.

Dr. Sukhbir is amazing. The work she has done for me is literally incredible. She is careful, gentle, and always finds the best route to go. I thought it was going to be a small fortune to be able to smile big again.

I can’t express enough how much the work she has done means to me. Her whole staff is amazing and very informative. They will go above and beyond to make sure you get the information you need and make sure you’re happy. I thank every last one of them from the bottom of my heart.
