Staff was very friendly and patient. Zero fee for the initial first appt which includes pan/bite x-rays and exam. I did have a long wait time. Appt was at 3:30, arrived at 3:14, was taken back for x-rays around 3:45. Hygienist evaluated my oral health and gums throughly and was very informative.

The Dentist did not come in to give me results of x-rays until approx 5:10, after I asked a staff member to check and see how much longer the wait would be. I drove to this location from Georgetown, DE, approximately a 45 minute drive. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to friends and family. Thank You!

We live in a summer, tourist beach community and don't have a "summer" dentist...after an exhaustive search, I found Aspen Dental. We made an appt for the following day, emcouraged to try the walk-in anyway. Sure we had to leave and come.back later and wait an hour or so, but my husband DID get in and will have his bad tooth extracted today! A very positive experience!

I was surprised to get an appointment with in 2 weeks New patient interview! Then an opening the same day for cleaning! Both visits went quickly and smoothly, staff friendly informative pay upfront cost, my particular insurance wait and see what is covered.
