I had cosmetic surgery done at OC Pearl Family Dental. My experience was great from the beginning of the procedure to the end, when my crown was put in. Dr. Khalil is very experienced and knowledgeable. She shows that she cares about you and your family.

I also liked how she explained everything she was doing, step by step. She answered any questions I had, which put me at ease. Her staff is also great! They always make me feel very comfortable, whether I’m talking with them over the phone or in person at the office. I am forever grateful to Dr. Khalil for giving me my smile back!😁

If I could give zero stars I WOULD !!! I came here earlier because my dentist I usually go to couldn’t see me for an emergency appointment. I called around and this place happened to have an opening. I arrived and the front desk staff and assistants were super nice and welcoming. However the dentist is another story. When I arrived I understood previously that I needed a root canal but I had to reschedule due to being sick but my tooth is causing so much pain I was worried if possible infection. I received x-rays and the “lovely” dentist came back to see me. She asked what I would like for her to do and I asked if there was infection. She responded with “I don’t know”, as if you wouldn’t be able to see infection on an x-ray.

Into the appointment I just asked for an antibiotic because I have a surgery coming up and I want to make sure I have no infection. She asked why I hadn’t gotten a root canal and another reason being is I currently cannot afford it with no dental insurance. She then proceeded to ask multiple questions about my surgery and how I can afford that but “not your teeth”. VERY unprofessional and just simply not your place to ask that kind of question. I have health insurance, not dental, the surgery is covered if that’s what you were so concerned over. Then proceeded to tell me that I wasted my time and hers for coming to her. Thanks for the antibiotic though! Will never be back here. ** In response to the reply.

It wasn’t what you couldn’t do to help or give a clear answer; it was how you treated me. You asking me how I can afford something else but not dental is simply just not your concern or once again; not your place to ask me those kinds of questions. You also telling me I wasted your time and mine as if I’m not putting money in your pocket is also VERY disappointing. Do better. I hope you don’t treat everyone like this. Once again, I knew what treatment I needed, until I can get treatment I was seen because I am experiencing unbearable pain daily.

I've never felt so pleased with a dentist! Dr. Khalil gives 100% + to ensure that she provides the best attention and quality care to your dental needs. I consider myself blessed to have her as my new dentist. I had been going to another dentist for years and had decided to seek her professional help due to a questionable examination.

I was so relieved when she agreed to see me because she is in such demand. She was extremely busy with her other patients, yet she provided me with first-rate care. Her assistant, Luz, was extremely kind and professional as well. Long story short, a tooth that was to be pulled with the suggestion of a dental implant and artificial tooth was saved.

The procedure was very long (4 hours) but I am ecstatic with my results! She even texted me to see how I was getting along. Dr. Khalil is everything and more than her website description! She has the highest compassion for her patients providing them with genuine and honest care and her expertise speaks for itself.

This place made me afraid of the dentist. I owe a ridiculous amount of money for a crown that’s fallen out 3 times since I’ve had it (3 months). I was talked into multiple fillings on this tooth that didn’t work because I needed a root canal. I tried to tell dr Khalil I needed a root canal from the initial visit however my complains of pain were not taken seriously at the time. No one educated me on the process of getting a crown.

I closed my mouth and they had shaven down my tooth and I’d had no idea what they were doing. After my tooth was shaved they went over the price with me. It was extremely expensive and it was too late to turn back. I had multiple procedures done that didn’t help and I’m paying for it all. The receptionists even brought me back to discuss finances because even they felt I was being overcharged for the services.

Dr. Khalil was unsympathetic to my pain and made sure to remind me whenever she could of “how much work” I was causing by making her staff stay late to repair my crown that won’t stay on.
