When I got my teeth cleaned they told me it was free of charge since my insurance would cover it. However, they forgot to send out the bill to the insurance and I got sent a mail saying I have to pay almost $400. Mind you I got my teeth cleaned like more than a month ago so I’m confused to why they haven’t mailed it during the month I got my teeth cleaned. I went back into the office to ask them what’s going on and they told me to disregard the mail because it was their mistake since they forgot to mail out the bill to my insurance. I told them that my old insurance don’t work anymore because there was some problems and I’m with a new one now. They told me it’s okay we will mail out to the OLD ONE since it should still work because I was with the old insurance during the time I got my teeth cleaned.

They also told me that I don’t have to pay anything beside a $50 for a late reschedule. So I paid $50 and left. Months later they sent me another mail saying I have to pay almost $400 and I’m confused now so I called them again and left a voicemail. They sent me this mail the day before I had to move to a new city. Few days later, they sent me a text on my number saying it don’t work and I have to pay. I called them and they told me since it was their mistake to mail it out during that time, I have to take accountability and pay full.

I asked them if my new insurance would work and they said no since I wasn’t with the new one during the time I got my teeth cleaned. And I started crying because I just recently turned 18 and moved to a new city with no job. I have to restart all over again and now I have to pay the amount even though it was their mistake to send out the bill to my insurance. I had a very good experience with them and I thought they were very good until this happened. This is honestly heartbreaking for me.

5-8-23. Once again what a Great Dentist. He is a gift. Thank you snd your wonderful staff. 6-30 My second review here. AMAZING. I’ve been seeing him since he was in dental school. Well he continues to use this gift he has as he repaired my husband’s front tooth that broke in half horizontally. His assistants got my husband in quickly and the repair Dr. Smith made was unbelievable.

😊 My husband now has a smile he hadn’t had in many years and isn’t embarrassed to smoke. There aren’t enough kind words on how his chosen profession has helped myself and my husband. THANK YOU! What an awesome office. My teeth are feeling so clean and that makes me feel better. And the tiny filling I had was done perfectly. Great group of very kind and professional people. My forever dentist. Thank you Corey and all of your staff.

Dr Corey Smith and his staff are always super friendly, and accommodating. My smile needed big help due to an autoimmune disorder and he gave me my Smile back as well as my confidence (which I wasn’t sure was possible). He worked with my insurance and gave me all the options. So thankful for them!

Best dentist in our area, no question! Staff is friendly and efficient, they do excellent work and they stand behind their work. Best of all they will not try to sell you on unnecessary procedures, unlike other dentists in the area. They are in a brand new facility so everything is new and spotless.

The only downside is that it can be difficult to get an appointment at times. But they are adding more providers who will no doubt uphold the same high standards. Definitely go here for all your dental needs!
