I was in need of a dentist asap as my front cap came off while eating lunch at work (cap was put on 20 years ago). I was mortified as I work with the public and could not be seen with a missing tooth, up front and center. I reached out to my friend right away and he highly recommended Dr. Ashraf. I called and they booked my appointment immediately. They asked me which location, Toronto or Waterloo.

Although either were a long distance from my work place, in despair, I took the opportunity to see the dentist (Toronto location). Right from the start, the receptionist Gloria gave me great direction and best recommendations where to park. Upon my arrival, receptionist and other team members greeted me and made me feel at ease offering refreshments (felt right at home). In meeting with Dr. Ashraf, I was impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and humbleness. He made me feel calm and reassured.

He examined my situation, gave me his professional recommendation and advice. He replaced my cap and much to my surprise, it was painless and looked better than the original. He worked out a customized treatment plan to correct the imperfections from the dental work of 20years past. As a person who doesn't look forward to visiting dentists, I can honestly say, I am excited to visit with my new found dentist, Dr. Ashraf and his amazing team! Stellar service!

Dr. Ashraf has made going to a dentist a very comfortable experience for my entire family. My son has recently had wisdom teeth removed under sedation and it was a very smooth process as Dr Ashraf is very skilled in making this very uncomfortable procedure into a manageable and easy process to deal with. The staff is also very well educated in informing the patient about all possibilities and give clear instructions about medications etc.

The use of PRP is a great help as the healing is quicker and my son did not undergo any infections and had recovered completely within a week. Dr Ashraf is also always available via email to answer any queries so the stress level regarding unforeseen issues, is greatly reduced. I have recommended Dr Ashraf to many of my family members who do not even live in the area and would continue to recommend him for quality dental work.

I’ve been going to Dr. Ashraf since I was a child, and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my dental care. Most recently, I completed the lengthy process of getting two lateral dental implants (including bone grafting) and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Ashraf has an incredible attention to detail and a true commitment to perfection. He made sure every step of the process was done right, never rushing, and always making sure I was comfortable and informed.

You can tell he takes real pride in his work—he wouldn't stop until everything was absolutely perfect and I’m beyond happy with the final result. The implants feel and look completely natural, and I’m so grateful to have had someone so skilled and dedicated guiding me through it all. Big shout-out to the dental assistants too! They were super friendly, supportive, and always made me feel at ease during every visit. The whole team is top-notch. Highly recommend!
