I only needed to get one tooth replaced in my upper partial. I gave them my full medical layout and also took a dental x-ray. When it was time to give me an estimate for this 1 tooth, I was told that it was $255!! I was flabbergasted. I did not ask for a gold/diamond replacement. I thought about paying this with a credit card.

At the end, I refused this service. I sat in my car and made an call to a dental technician in NE Phila. He gave me a more reasonable price of $100. I drove to his office and had the work done and saved myself $155 in the process!!!

This place does everything backwards. They performed a root canal on my tooth about a year ago. It is now growing infections non stop. Called back in February and had It looked at. Was told that It didn’t hold or that It didn’t work. They tell me they will handle It, since they did the job and It didn’t work. Told me to take antibiotics and they will call me to have the procedure done again.

Took 3 months for ME to finally contact them. Now they want me to pay extra money to get the procedure done again or get It pulled . Nikki calls and gives me a quote , even though they said they would handle It. I tried to call back 3 times , nobody answers the first two times. Finally I get ahold of someone, ask to talk to Nikki to go over the quote. Nobody calls back at all . I come just to stop by since it’s on my way home from work.

They tell me she’s leaving now. She busy , It would take 24-48 hours for her to get back to me. All of this could have been handled in a 5 minute phone call. But instead I’m sitting here with an active infection in my mouth , that they could care less. So if you want something done right , don’t come here . I regret It deeply

Walked into Aspen Dental to ask if they take my insurance. Which they do. Sat for a walk in appointment. Was taken back and the whole process is quick then taken back to chat about what needs to be done to keep my teeth healthy. The employees here were pleasant, knowledgeable and made this experience easy for me . Thank you . I will be back to keep my teeth healthy.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. They got me in right away for an emergency appointment. Nikki was so compassionate and helpful. You can tell she really cares about the patients. So thankful I found this place.
