Originally I wasnt going to write a review but after reading all of the other 1 star reviews I felt I had too. Everyone is describing the same experience with this place... and every reply back from Aspen is the same generic "sorry to hear it, here is a world salad offering no real help to us gladly taking your money". I should have read the reviews before calling. Lesson learned.

This is my mouth, and I decide what I will or will not allow a dentist or his staff to do to it! My wife and I had good dental insurance because of my job, so we decided to take advantage of it and have our teeth examined and have a standard cleaning. We went in, and everyone was cool at first. We had some x-rays done, and then we saw the hygienist. She took some measurements of the depth of pockets around our teeth. She told us that we absolutely needed a deep cleaning procedure. I explained that I did not want the procedure and would like to just have a standard cleaning.

She said that it would only be possible to do the deep cleaning. I told her that's not true. You can do it, but you are trying to bully me into an invasive procedure that may or may not be necessary. She tried the same thing on my wife as well. What was her motivation? Money! As soon as we declined the service, she became angry and confrontational. She pressed us further, saying that our insurance would cover 500 dollars of the 750 dollar cost.

Now, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that they were looking to milk us for all they could. The dentist came and took a quick look in our mouths and tried once more to convince us to have the procedure. We both refused and were summarily dismissed. He said we could go somewhere else, and if we wanted, they would share our x-rays with whoever we chose to see. It is my opinion, for what it's worth, that this particular facility has forgotten why they got into dentistry in the first place and care more about the cash than the patients' wants or needs!

Excellent! Work!! From tbe from the door tbe receptionist, to the very experienced talented young lady who knows w Her stuff and knows it well! She could tell l was a little nervous, she told me what to do. By golly it worked! Breathe thru your mouth, wiggle your fingers and toes! I dis just that!! I talked withe manager of tbe office. She is very down to earth and friendly! She reminds me of one of my relatives.

The dentist is very nice and layed back,! He was very professional! Also the young lady who measured eac teeth and gum, very precise. This is an excellent place to come to for your teeth gums and all tbe other things that surrounds that area!!

Went in for my upper wisdom teeth to be removed. The staff was so kind and helpful. I was very nervous but they kept me calm. They went over everything and answered all my questions before starting. The procedure went smooth and I’m feeling very good given the circumstances. Would 100% recommend.
