I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The manager Kristen lacks humility & basic customer service skills. They promise me one price just to fabricate the numbers RIGHT BEFORE the appointment! Please be careful they seems to get communion on sales, so treat them like dealership. Numbers can be negotiated, in my case Kristen fabricated additional charges. The staff seemed disorganized and rushed, and my appointment started almost 30 minutes late without any clear communication.

The hygienist was rough during the cleaning, and I left feeling more discomfort than I came in with. On top of that, the dentist barely spent five minutes with me, seemed distracted, and didn’t thoroughly explain the treatment plan. The office itself didn’t feel particularly clean either, which made me even more uneasy. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for professional and attentive care.

Aspen Dental‘s staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The process was smooth and they made sure I was informed about everything they were doing. When I had a question they didn’t hesitate to answer. Truly enjoyed my experience and trust them with my dental needs.

Very good experience. At entrance asked to fill up questions using ipad (nice to see the digital footprint), assistant took a lot of X-rays and the appointment with the doctor was quick and excellent. The doctor explained all the details I needed and beyond. Took extra efforts to clarify my questions and very professional, kind and knowledgeable.

Overall very good experience in and out. Would highly recommend if you are looking to get a good dentist.

I would highly recommend this place. I've been looking for a new dentist for some time. Last night I fractured my big back tooth. They got me in this morning. Extracted, the tooth.The doctor was amazing. She explains everything step by step. Thank you so much. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was guiding me every way. And all I can say is wow.
