It was my first time at Aspen and it was a great visit. Got x-rays done,talked to dental hygienist and the Dentist. Got good news and bad news but the bad news can be fixed. Overall I am pleased with how everything went.

I went to Aspen as a referral from a friend. They told me that a tooth needed to be removed that wasn't giving me problems. I went along with it. That removal was next to a tooth that had already been removed making the gap larger. I was offered a partial to fill the space.

It's been an absolute headache. Firstly the partial was close to $2,000. My second issue is that's it's painful when I have it in. I've been back several times for adjustments and still, if I have it in to long it become uncomfortable and it's painful if I attempt to eat with it in. The last time I went back for an adjustment the nurse was clearly frustrated that I continued to state it hurt so she went and got the doctor.

He was able to make it a bit more comfortable but it's still painful when I attempt to eat with it. Attached is a photo of the jagged edges that scratch my gums. For nearly $2,000, I'd like something that's more than just cosmetic and something that actually helps with chewing. This has been an awful experience with this company.

Aspen Dental was great!!! My 93 year old Mother needed her partial fixed … she wasn’t a patient of Aspen … they were able to get her a same day visit … set her up as a patient … and two days later her partial was fixed. Dr Jeremy was amazing … very kind and understand … and so good with my mom. Would highly recommend them!

Very helpful and professional staff. Office is extremely clean and up-to-date. Would recommend to anyone who could afford it. Keywords afford it it is a little expensive. But other than that absolutely great experience! They do do financing though so that's a plus.
