Scheduled an appointment online. Never even made it to the appointment. Some woman called to verify the appointment. Asked for my insurance. Told her I didn't have any as I said in the online booking. She called me honey twice. I let her know the appointment was not for a honey. She called me honey three additional times.

I told I was not honey and to cancel the appointment. This was the third Aspen Dental I attempted. The Linden location only wanted cash for the consultation fee. The Iselin location scheduled me for a 7am appointment, but had a sign taped to the door "the doors don't open till 8am. " Now this person who obviously had my name on a screen in front of her, yet insisted on being so professional as to keep calling me honey. No idea how this company makes money. Gotta find a real dentist.

Summer

From beginning to end, my visit was top notch. Every person I dealt with, was patient and knowledgeable, answered any questions or concerns that I had, knowledgeably, and put me at ease overall. Ranajia- very gentle. Perfect bedside manner for a dental assistant Dr. Greene- very expedient & thorough.

A combination of knowledge, humor & problem solving. Exactly what I needed in that moment Tanya the hygienist - also very knowledgeable and prepared me with realistic expectations. Her thorough explanations of what to expect has me prepared for what’s next. Although I’m naturally fearful, I am prepared and am looking forward to the end result. Liz - was the lead consultant who got me to the money to start the ball rolling on the procedures I will need.

She understood every concern I had and still got me what she could to get things set for my next appointment. I am very pleased with the decision I made to try Aspen and in all honesty, they rank higher in my mind than Rutgers Dental School. My upcoming appointment there will be cancelled.

I had a fantastic experience with Tonya. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was thorough, gentle, and incredibly professional throughout the cleaning.

She explained everything she was doing, gave helpful tips for maintaining oral health, and took the time to answer all my questions. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I actually look forward to my next appointment—which is saying something! Highly recommend Tonya for anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch.

Aspen Dental is an amazing place. Its staff are warm, nice, pleasant, and very professional. They made my experience very easy and excited. I was definitely on time that next appointment. I will be bringing my wife to Aspen Dental as soon as she is able to take a few days off from work. Shout out to all of the staff especially Tanya.

Tanya made me feel very comfortable and this experience fun. I thank her for that. No more fear for me. Again, thank you to the staff and a special thanks to Tanya for helping me through an experience that I feared for years.
