They changed my appointment which was fine, my appointment was at 12:30 I got there at 12:20 they pulled me back at 12:25. I waited in a room for an hour with no updates so I stepped out and they told me they were just waiting on the doctor I expressed that I understand that the doctor is busy but I would have liked some communication. They just fake smiled and nodded their heads. After waiting a bit more a girl did come in and had me take X-rays and she was very professional and kept me updated.

After the doctor talked to me a lady pulled me back to discuss prices of my treatment plan and she was apologizing for the wait and made a comment stating “we have a different doctor today whose a little slow” and then she apologized for her comment. I was in the office for 3 hours. To me, it seems like they don’t prioritize communication or time management this was my first appointment and it will be my last.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit the staff is AMAZING! Ayanna is literally a golden employee! She was sweet, funny, fast, friendly, and most importantly she was gentle and efficient. As a staff in general top tier! The receptionist is so sweet and welcoming. The office manager was so amazing as well. 10/10 for staff. The dentist was fast ,thorough, & knowledgeable. Wonderful visit! Thanks Aspen!

If I could rate Aspen Dental Goldsboro any higher I would! My first visit June 11th through my tooth extraction on June 17th to July 8th each visit has been great they are truly wonderful there the whole staff are polite and show so much kindness. Yaneli DA she was who I met on day one and she was very helpful in helping me understand the process and giving me recommendations Abby HYG also someone I met on day since my first visit she showed so much kindness and I felt she really cared for my situation she was also very helpful throughout my cleaning telling me exactly everything she was doing that put me at ease took the time to explain to me any questions I had.

Also Dr. Spouh and Angelica they were super helpful doing an extraction on a tooth that has been hurting for months they made sure to do after X-rays to make sure everything went through smoothly and that really showed me I chose the right location to go to it truly shows they were there for the right reasons they truly cares for their patients and that meant everything to me.

I highly recommend this place.

The establishment is clean and very well designed, except for not a customer bathroom in the care area. I must admit I was not happy with the administrative staff at first but, she immediately got the issue corrected and was super polite. The actual dental assistant Ayana and the hygienist were amazing. The dr was really quick and easy to talk to. Overall good experience!
