Like many people, going to the dentist is not on my top 10 things to do. But every once in a while, you have to buck up and gather the courage to do it. Today was that day for me. I headed to Aspen Dental in St Clair for a cleaning. I hoped that I had improved over my last visit - not good! Then suddenly the gray faded away, the door opened and out came Diane.

She was so friendly and likeable, that I was instantly at ease. She explained each step so even I can understand and was gentle but sure of herself. I truly can’t believe the time flew by I was finished! My day, my life has changed thanks to Diane. Now I’m not afraid to go to the dentist and I am excited to take on the next months of dental care with a smile on my face! My wish for you all is to find a Diane. You will be ever so grateful! 0 stars. Appointment changed last minute by them. Arrived 10 minutes early--doors locked with employees inside. Doors opened 5 minutes after appointment time. Waited another 15 minutes to have X-rays. 1. 5 hours after appointment time Dr.

came but did not examine my teeth. He ordered expensive treatment because I have no cavities. Refused to clean my teeth unless I would pay for more expensive treatment. Also, employees were speaking poorly about other patients. Perhaps my favorite was the employees speaking Spanish but not realizing I understood EVERY WORD! Not a dental practice--more of a scam.

Aspen Dental has many class A lawsuits pending. . They charged me numerous times (I paid up front) for procedures thst never took place. They told me they wouldn't need my x-rays from my other dentist and took their own. I was there for a bottom partial and a full upper plate. 6 months later I received my 1st upper plate which had the smaller back teeth and were crooked. It looked like I still didn't have teeth. Then I received the bottom partial. . It made my gums bleed from day one. Was told to keep wearing it. . I did for weeks still my gums bleed and the pain was horrible. They supposly filed it 4 tines each time they asked does it feel better.

Of course it's not hurting yet. 10 minutes later bleeding and hurting. They tell me there's nothing they can do because they can't file it anymore. Great now another impression of my top dentures. This is a good one the second plate us exactly the same tiny teeth crooked in the back and a much wider gum to make I look like I gave teeth. The first 6 teeth look great. I now have teeth that show. The plate is crooked and grinds against my real teeth on the bottom. I cannot eat properly at all. Their partial was so tight it broke my only bottom molar. I called and asked to see a dentist quick as my molar is rubbing on my tounge and I can hardly talk swallow or eat . . They told me nothing is available till july. .

Mind you they take emergency walk ins. . I had an appt on June 9th for the top dentures to supposly be fitted again and was told there's no dentist thst day. . I called back told them I'm canceling the June 9th appt These heartless vultures asked do I want to reschedule. I laughed and told them definitely not. I told them I will not be calling them back as my lawyer will. And I definitely have one who's more than happy to take them on for fraud !!!!!! Do not bother with their so called Care team it's a joke they will listen and tell you they will help you . 😆 They are full of it corporate sucks too. We all need to keep exposing them for their manipulations and fraud practices. . THEY need to be held ACCOUNTABLE

Very nice staff and my dentist was amazing! I’m so excited to feel good about myself again i see all these negative reviews but I didn’t see anything wrong with anyone there they were all very kind and again my dentist was great he explained everything to me and took his time I literally made the appointment yesterday and was in today I didn’t wait long and they set up everything today for what I need done! I’m super happy with my experience thanks aspen!
