Detailed Introduction

Aspen Dental is a prominent American dental support organization (DSO) that was founded in 1998. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, it supports over 1,100 independently owned dental offices across the United States. Its core mission is to break down barriers to dental care, particularly for individuals who may lack a relationship with a dental provider or face financial constraints. The business model of Aspen Dental revolves around providing comprehensive non-clinical support services to independently owned and operated dental practices that bear the Aspen Dental brand. This includes marketing, operations, training, and access to advanced technology, allowing dentists to focus primarily on patient care. They also have a "Practice Ownership Program" which provides a structured path for dentists to become practice owners with the backing of the organization's support system. Aspen Dental offers a broad spectrum of dental services, catering to various oral health needs. These services include: General Dentistry: Routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and treatments for gum disease. Restorative Dentistry: Crowns, bridges, and dental implants to restore damaged or missing teeth. Specialty Services: Oral surgery (including tooth extractions, wisdom teeth removal, and bone grafting), endodontics (root canal therapy), and orthodontics (teeth straightening with Motto® clear aligners). Dentures: A wide range of denture options, including full, partial, and implant-supported dentures, along with repair and reline services. Cosmetic Dentistry: Teeth whitening and veneers. Emergency Dental Care: Prompt appointments for urgent dental issues like severe pain or broken teeth. Aspen Dental emphasizes affordability and accessibility. They work with most major dental insurance providers and offer various flexible financing options through third-party lenders, as well as their own Aspen Dental Savings Plan for patients without insurance. The specific location in question, Aspen Dental - Bristol, TN, located at 1401 Volunteer Pkwy Ste 3, operates under this broader network, providing a local point of access for comprehensive dental services in the Bristol area. Patient reviews for Aspen Dental locations, including Bristol, often highlight the convenience of services and the ability to address various dental needs in one place, although, like any large healthcare provider, reviews can vary.

Why even make an appointment when you have to wait over an hour to be seen. Had a simple x-ray and consult appointment that we arrived early to make sure we did the paperwork. An hour later I go ask when we will be seen. "Oh we are short staffed" ok so maybe let patients know upfront and instead of sitting for over an hour. Ended up leaving and scheduled elsewhere.

I had not been to the dentist in quite a while and knew that I needed to get some work done. I knew it was a lot of work, but I had no clue. I was gonna be losing my teeth. . Aspen Dental in Bristol has been absolutely wonderful.

Dr. Major and all of the nurses and staff have been by my side through the entire process. In total, I have to have 16 to 20 teeth extracted top and bottom. Due to financial and insurance reasons, I decided to do the bottom first at first I only thought I had to have six teeth pulled, but I ended up having to have 10 pulled on the bottom alone I was Supposed to have gotten my partial the same day as my extractions. There was an accident and my partial got broke.

I was not mad because accidents do happen, but I was disappointed, however Aspen dental upgraded me free of charge and made me a new partial once I had healed, which was perfectly Because I had a lot of healing difficulties anytime that I called and I needed something they were on top of it. They prescribed me the medication’s that I Them no questions asked they were amazing. I will continue to go to Aspen dental as long as I continue to get services like this.

All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, prompt, capable, patient, enthusiastic, calming, and overall fantastic! Service was easily accessible, and technically capable and efficient. They were accommodating and skilled in every way, both and dental-technically and financially. Great experience and totally stressless and this is coming from a person with true dental phobia!

So i went there in an emergency needing a tooth pulled. And all they did was look at my teeth for 30 minutes and then said come back after the 4th of July and we can pull it. Mind you I paid 30 dollars up front which I was told was because the dentist was going to do a cleaning, which they never did. The male doctor (dr. Major i believe was his name) made me feel like it's all my fault.

I do have to say the female hygienist that saw me made me feel so welcomed and at ease. If you don't have dental insurance do not go to this place I was told over the phone a tooth pulled would be 180 but I get there and they said no it's not close to 400 dollars to get it pulled. I am only giving three stars because the women hygienist was amazing and cared about you and wanted to make sure you understood everything. I would like to state it have never been to a dentist who doesn't give you a cleaning when you go there.
