As usual I had a wonderful experience at Aurora dental care again today. Our family has been their customer for close to 40 years. The staff is so caring and friendly they almost feel like family.

The Dentist's as well as their staff are perfectionists in their work and we always leave the office satsified. We highly recomend Aurora Dental Care If you are looking for a new dentist for yourself or your family.

Having moved around a lot I've been able to experience a variety of dental clinics over the years. Aurora dental care is outstanding. Number one is the staff - super friendly, cheerful and they do an impeccable cleaning. My teeth never feel so clean than when I go there.

The facility is clean and well organised and comfortable feeling - warm and friendly homely feel. It is easy to get to - right opposite Tops in East Aurora and they have a ton of parking.

Outstanding Service In the middle of 2023, I needed to find a new dentist and searched around by getting recommendations from family and friends, as well as reviewing websites and reviews on the internet. After having consultations with three practices, I decided on Aurora dental care where I've now been a patient for the last 7 months. During that time, I required extensive work including two sets of extractions and preparation of a full upper denture. Overall, I have been thoroughly impressed with all facets of their service and care. Despite being a new patient, they got me in promptly within 2 weeks for my first assessment unlike my old dentist where it routinely took 2 months to get in to see him. During my first visit, Dr.

Moore immediately provided me with three options on how we could proceed with cost estimates on each option. After making my choice, they provided me with a detailed, printed timeline and a plan that included my insurance coverage. During the last 7 months, everyone at Aurora Dental Care has been very efficient, cordial, competent and professional in all aspects of my care. Future appointments have been timely and promptly scheduled, and everything I’ve needed has been done at their facility. I don’t provide reviews lightly, but I can’t say enough good about all the staff at Aurora Dental Care. In terms of the final product, I’m thoroughly pleased with my upper denture and it was the best decision I could have made for myself.

When I mentioned how pleased I was to Dr. Moore about the fit and usage of the denture, he said to just wait until the final liner was done …. . and when saying that, there was a sparkle in his eye, which to me, fully underscored the confidence he had in providing my overall care.
