We just left this practice this week. When Dr Paul was in office, everything was fantastic. Now it’s like a factory. In and out with no DENTIST present the last two times we’ve been there. One of my sons has enamel issues and needs two appts that cannot be made because the front desk does not have the DENTIST’s schedule. Before the dental side went south we started orthodontia in the same office.

Dr Wood is very rude and it’s actually shocking she is in pediatrics. She doesn’t say even say hello. We now drive my son to the Maple Road location to see the other orthodontist who is fabulous and kind. We just started orthodontia with my other son at another office and it’s been a fantastic experience (Dr. Aszkler) I would not recommend this office for your kiddos.

Would leave Zero stars if it were an option. Worst experience Ive ever had. Was seen over a year ago by referral was gas for my child. Didn't try it. Sent me a new referral to their sedation clinic. Made am appointment and waited months.

Day of as I'm walking in they cancel as someone made a mistake and scheduled her for the wrong half of the department. Went back to ttown toy again to try for gas. Once again they sent me back to the same sedition clinic who now tells me it'll be weeks before they even look at her x-rays. Meanwhile my child is pain every day and these people are playing hot potato with her. No one willing to actually do anything.

Horrible experiences! Have had a few issues with them over the years. Calling to speak to someone for any reason is a pain. I spend upward of 20 min trying to get ahold of someone. After 5 min it tells you to leave a message. A call back takes forever so hanging up and calling back again is the best way to finally get someone on the phone. At one point my daughter had a reaction to the metal tools sitting on her cheeks for an extended time and it was written in her chart to wrap tools in plastic. Easy fix, however the next time I took her and asked for them to be wrapped dr paul argued that it wasn't necessary and I was lying about her reaction.

Yet the dentist we saw the time before charted the entire experience. After that I asked we not work with him. When I called to make an emergency appt for my son because he was having bad pain i had to leave a message. An hour later I get a text from Dr. Paul. He didn't ask any details said it was probably just the tooth getting ready to fall out. Never asked if it was loose.

He asked for a picture, the tooth is in the back and I'm not able to get a clear shot. I send over a blurry picture the best one i could manage and never heard back. I called the office to explain what was going on with my son and that I wanted him to be seen and they said they can't make appointments for that. I had them look in the chart where it says dr paul isnt to work on or with my kids and they said I had no other choice but to schedule through him. Asked to talk to a manager and was sent to yet another voicemail. Immediately started looking for a new dentist. What kind of office can't make an appointment!

They do really well with kids and accept Medicaid coverage. They answer questions u may have. I was able to have more than one kid go in and right after the other You can drive by it before you realize it's there. The only bad thing i do not like about here is it's not easy to get an appointment if you're a new patient and even then they do not have many openings for even a six month cleaning
