Dr. Meisner & Dr. Williams and their staff are the kindest and most gentle dentists’ office I have ever visited (and I have been to A LOT!). You are greeted by name and always with a smile when you first walk in the door. While you are in the chair, each & every employee goes out of their way to make you comfortable.

And it’s not an act!! They genuinely care about the patient!! (You can tell when it’s an act). I have had very bad experiences with other dentists so I am always super tense when I get to my appointment, the staff eases that tension out of me slowly all while doing unbelievably excellent work that never hurts me. It is expensive but worth every single penny. Dr. Meisner has the latest & greatest technology possible which ensures he does the correct procedure for the problem.

Dr. Meisner is also very honest, he will give several recommendations for each issue along with the costs of each procedure so there is no confusion when the bill comes. I would and have recommended this office to anyone looking for a caring, intelligent and gifted dentist(s).

Five stars is not enough, I love East Aurora Family Dentistry, Dr. Williams is seriously so amazing, she has helped me over come my life long fear of going to the dentist, I know can go in and be at ease knowing I am in the best of hands. Everyone on the staff is truly amazing, so warm and welcoming.

When I go I feel like I am catching up with old friends, rather than being in the dreaded chair at the dentist. I seriously tell everyone to go here 💗

Wonderful dentist and office staff! Incredibly kind and helpful! My crown was completed (no temporary one!) in a couple hours and it looked amazing. And for another problem, they took care of my cracked tooth immediately! And everything is state of the art equipment. Every employee is a super skilled woman. And Dr. Callie Williams is exceptional! I love this place!!!
