I drive a little over an hour to bring my kids to see him. He is amazing. It is obvious that he and his staff are experts at what they do. They are kind, patient and have excellent technical skills. They are so awesome with both my children (even the one that has a disability). If you have a child that hates the dentist or freaks out you should consider this place. I can't say enough good things.

I had been dreading the first dentist visit with my toddler, but needn't have worried! It was such a pleasant experience for the whole family. Dr. Toby was engaging, confident, and respectful of my son.

Jennifer was warm, gentle during the cleaning and quick with her work. Melanie was accommodating to our scheduling needs and understanding when a nap caused us to push back the appt a couple hours (so glad they had an opening!) I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and will be bringing my kids here until they outgrow it.

We took our daughter in for a consultation for a cavity. Dr. Toby has the worst bed side manners. Not only did he belittle my daughter by telling her that a 3 year old did better then her, but also that my wife has no idea how to be a parent and that our daughter was bad because she always gets her way.

My daughter is 7 and is very scared. Toby did nothing to try reassuring my daughter that she would be OK our anything. Toby should not be seeing kids let alone any patients EVER!!!

My daughter was terrified of the dentist due to past experience of not so kind dentists. She would scream and cry in fear to go. We received a recommendation of Aurora Smiles, and even though it was an hour and a half away, I was willing to try anything to help the extreme anxiety and panic she felt about the dentist. Dr. Toby and staff were amazing, and so incredibly patient through the tears. After going to Aurora Smiles, for a cavity to be filled, she ASKED to go back to the dentist.

She even shrieked with delight when I told her she had an appointment to go back to Dr. Toby's office. I cannot recommend Aurora Smiles enough. I am so incredibly thankful for all they did to ease my daughter's fears, and really turned her feelings about the dentist around.
