Complaint About Poor-Quality Treatment and Service I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of treatment I received at your clinic. Previously, I had complaints about customer service and left a review. However, after discussing the situation with the clinic, we reached an agreement, and I continued my treatment, deleting my review. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. On November 19, I had crowns placed on my front teeth, along with a deep cleaning and fillings. However, the results have been unsatisfactory: • The crown fell off after only three months. • Sensitivity after deep cleaning has not gone away for 1.

5 months. • The filling darkened within a short period of time. Additionally, I repeatedly informed the clinic that after the crown installation, I developed a whistling sound. The doctor assured me that this was “normal. ” On February 28 (even before the crown fell off), I called the clinic to report my concerns. I was scheduled for an appointment on March 13. After the crown fell off, I was rescheduled for an emergency appointment on March 12.

However, despite receiving a call to confirm this change, I never gave my consent. Nevertheless, the clinic unilaterally decided that I would come and, without my knowledge, canceled my March 13 appointment, fully aware of the urgency of my situation. This case demonstrates negligence, the use of low-quality materials, and a complete disregard for the patient, despite the fact that I paid for all services. I am extremely disappointed and expect the clinic to take responsibility for these mistakes. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue.

This was my first visit and I’m very impressed! Very friendly and professional staff and the nicest caring Dentist! They didn’t make me feel rushed and explained my treatment plan in detail. The relaxing atmosphere put my mind at ease since I don’t like going to the dentist! I feel everyone there really cares about the patients and making you feel comfortable. Great experience!
