Had my teeth cleaning at this clinic. The service is amazing. The staff are all very welcoming and cooperative. They sent me reminders ahead of my appointment.

For the cleaning, Zia was extremely knowledgeable and considerate. He ensured I’m comfortable with the cleaning and respected my timeline as I had to get to another meeting right after. Will be coming back as this is one of the best clinics, where I didn’t feel pushed to getting procedures I didn’t need.

When it comes to the dentist, I tend to get very nervous. However, the staff made my visit extremely comfortable. The front desk especially Caren and Ashraq were welcoming, friendly and provided the best customer service. From the beginning to the end I felt heard and cared for.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic, not because of the dentists — who were professional and skilled — but because of the unprofessional and rude behaviour of the front desk staff, specifically the Iraqi lady working there. She was extremely disrespectful and spoke to me in a confrontational way, as if I owed money, even though everything was in order. I understand it’s her job to verify payments, but the way she communicated was completely inappropriate. Instead of speaking politely, she acted as if I was at fault from the beginning and only backed down when her colleague confirmed that I had paid everything.

Even then, rather than apologizing, she told me she was "letting me go" as if she was doing me a favour, which is unprofessional and disrespectful. This kind of attitude from the front desk leaves a very bad impression. No matter how good the dentists are, I will not return to this clinic because of how I was treated. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, not made to feel blamed or pressured.

I hope the management addresses this seriously, because customer service matters just as much as the medical care provided.

I had to get an emergency extraction done today at Belmont dental care. As someone that has severe dentist phobia, I can not recommend this team enough. The Dr. And assistant were so beyond kind and helpful. They were honest and non judgemental.

I will be going back to take care of the rest of my dental needs for sure. I have never met more professional and compassionate people in this line of work. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.
