Bridlewood Mall Dental - Traumatising Disgusting experience. Dr. Song has traumatized my daughter. She needed to extract all 4 wisdom teeth. Top 2 were easy, bottom 2 showed complicated on panoramic xray. I also have a 2nd opinion with another dentist who recommended specialist surgeon on the 1st place so that the whole procedure would have been done at once. Dr. Song attempted to take out all. Top 2 came out easy. Bottom R was hidden so he had to cut open the gums, wriggled the roots & the crown broke into several pieces. He could not take it out, & stitched the gum saying the crown is gone it is ok.

Bottom L - he tried, the tooth is now weak & wriggly but finally could not take it out. He sent us to a surgeon finally. The surgeon is upset why did he do that. The panoramic xray was complicated enough for him not to attempt. Now the surgeon has to fix his wrongs. Also Dr. Song cant leave a wriggly root under the gums stitched up. It will cause infections as per the surgeon. Now my insurance is over. I have to pay the surgeon and 3D scan all over $3000 now by my self. And she needs to be fully sedated during the procedure.

Again complications at nerve endings can occur too. She is in pain and lot of discomfort. Absolutely horrified traumatized & disgusted. DR. SONG'S OFFICE SHOULD PAY FOR ALL THIS COMPLICATIONS THAT HE CREATED. He should have sent us to the surgeon on the 1st place. Not going back to this clinic again. I m scared to believe in Google reviews too. That was what pulled me there. Absolutely horrifying experience.

Bridlewood Dental Centre is honestly the best! Dr. Lee is super chill and makes you feel totally at ease — no stress at all. Simon did my cleaning and he was great, really easy to talk to and super gentle. And I gotta say, Rou at the front desk is always so sweet and welcoming, Love the vibe here, definitely coming back!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my first dental appointment in Canada at Bridlewood Dental Centre, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Weeks ago, I inquired about their services, and all the receptionists I spoke with were incredibly caring, warm, and patient with all my questions. Because of their kindness, I felt comfortable enough to book an appointment. I was nervous about my first visit, but from the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel at ease.

They were all so sweet, caring, and professional. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the team's genuine concern for my comfort made a huge difference. My experience at Bridlewood Dental Centre was nothing short of excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care!

My old dentist had retired and I hadn’t been to a dentist in over two years. I had such trepidation finally having to go to the dentist. Fortunately for me, I was recommended Bridlewood Dental and have never looked back. I used to only smile with a closed mouth as I didn’t like how my teeth looked. The Bridlewood Dental team changed all that and now when I see people that I haven’t seen for a long time the first thing they say is “your smile looks wonderful!”.

The facility is clean and well kept, the administrative staff are friendly and efficient and they keep the place running like clockwork. Dr Song has a wonderful demeanor and Katie the dental hygienist is a bundle of positive energy. Their knowledge in their respective professions is second only to their integrity. The Bridlewood dental team has done what I would have thought is impossible; they have made me look FORWARD to my dental appointments. I used to have such feelings of dread and anxiety earlier in my life.

No More! I would give a sixth star if I could. So grateful for the entire team.
