We have been bringing our daughter Natalie here for almost a year and Dr Miller and her staff are so kind and gentle. Have been great for emergency fixes and appointments My husband and I are very pleased that we chose this office for our daughters. Needs.

My children began their treatment under Dr. Heiber and finished under Dr. Miller. A year ago my daughter's permanent retainer came loose. I assumed that after $14,000 in orthodontic bills between my two children that Dr. Miller would fix it for free. Instead she charged an additional $700 for a new retainer.

Then, after just a year, the new retainer came loose. Not only did Dr. Miller once again refuse to fix it for free, she asked for a $300 deposit even to see my daughter. In disbelief, I politely asked the receptionist if I could discuss this with Dr. Miller, thinking there must be some misunderstanding. The receptionist hung up on me.

I would not recommend this orthodontist based on my experience. I paid nearly $5,500 for Invisalign treatment, and shortly after completion, both my upper and lower permanent retainers began to repeatedly break. I was initially told by Dr. Megan Miller that the retainers carried a one-year warranty, yet when the issues arose just a few months later, she refused to honor that warranty. Additionally, the office has very limited availability and is frequently closed, which makes scheduling or even getting a response quite difficult. This week alone, Dr.

Miller is reportedly not in the office at all. The overall lack of accessibility and unwillingness to stand behind their work has been incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I cannot in good faith recommend this practice. I plan to file a complaint with the State of Ohio.
