I am an adult patient. I had braces years ago, my teeth had shifted and I decided to get it fixed. Dr. Miller has been great and the Invisalign is moving my teeth and jaw where they should be. Thank you!!

We have come to Dr. Miller for both of our children’s orthodontic needs. Dr. Miller and her staff are always professional. She transformed my daughter’s teeth and we are 100% satisfied. We give high recommendations!

Do NOT go here. I was referred to this orthodontist for my 10 year old son and I was extremely disappointed. One thing they did was you had to pull into a spot, call them to let them you were there and then they wanted me to send just my 10 year old in by himself. . . Ummm NO. Now this was after covid, so I understand they were still in the swing of covid but they were still doing covid protocols even though the hospitals were done with the precautions. When I asked can I not come in, they were like, Yeah, you can but you would just be in the lobby area because we are still doing covid precautions, so you wouldnt see anything anyways. . . . Ok, but I dont know who you guys are, I am not sending in my 10 year old into a building he has been into one time for his orginal mouth pictures and people he has met one time for maybe 20 minutes. . . WTH.
Fast forward to the day I brought my 10 year old into the office to get his braces on. We are waiting in the lobby and they called my son and naturally I go to follow them. When I was following my son back and the person who was doing the braces, I immediately felt an awkward tension. I was just standing by my son as he lays on the chair and I was talking to him since I knew he gets anxious about these types of things. I could see the lady that was doing my sons teeth looked over to the owner of the place and gave her a look, I ignored it and kept talking to my son about the excitement of his braces. The owner then let me know I had paper work at the front and that I could go ahead and grab it. I just noded and said ok, thank you. She waited a few minutes and then said something along the lines that parents really shouldn't be back here while the workers are working on patients. I was confused because you want me to leave my 10 year old son while he is getting work done that he is not comfortable with and have him near people that I do not know. I work in healthcare, so I understand that when it is necessary we may have family members step out like when we change a patient or if something urgent is happening, that's with adult I should say, but now I work with pediatric patients and I would never ask a parent to a 10 year old to step out because I was doing my job. . . . No that's their parent, their protector and just because i am caring for their child does not mean they should immediately trust me, nope, trust is BUILT. Now if they feel comfortable with me, ok then great! But never would I just assume for a parent or a child to trust me.
After his braces were put on, I asked the owner if I could go to a different orthodontist and she said well, yeah, you can but most orthodontist will not work on someone if a different person did the braces because "every orthodontist does something differently so they may not want to work on something that was already started". Also, if we cancelled and went somewhere else we would had to pay I believe $300 or $350 because in the contract that we signed, if we didnt complete the first step to having his braces put on then we still had to pay that fine. So, we were stuck going to this crappy office with crappy staff who were rarely nice. Everytime I called their office while my son went there the lady on the desk was always rude and short. The techs were always rude and loved to roll their eyes as well as the owner. Also they did not have availability for his appointments, so I always had to take him out of school and take him after i got off of work (I work night shift, 7pm to 7am). This office is not very professional. P. S. I recently called into this office for paperwork and they got a different lady to work the front desk and she was so kind, so that's a plus. . . .
