Wonderful!!! Receptionist is so kind and helpful. The dentist is amazing. I was just in town visiting and chipped a front tooth. I was desperate to find a dentist. No one would take me and Dr. Afifi took me the day I called.

Not only did he fix my chipped tooth but he fixed a bottom tooth that had been chipped for years. I was scared to get shots and he was very compassionate and gave me numbing cream. My family in town will now be going to him. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I’ve had some terrible experiences with dentists as an adult, often feeling like I leave the office with my teeth worse off than I came in. Dr. Afifi is the first dentist I’ve found who I trust. So many dentists jump to unnecessary care, benefit from a knowledge gap between them and their patients. Not Dr. Afifi.

He treats the root causes of problems and only drills and fills when it’s actually necessary. After two visits with him my teeth and gums feel healthier and less sensitive than I can ever remember. The office is immaculate and quiet, Dr. Afifi and his assistant are friendly and personable. I’m lucky to live in the neighborhood but if I ever leave I’ll still be coming up to Washington Heights for Concord Dental.

I've never been to a dentist where my visit made my whole entire day in the sense that I left happy, painless and I was advised on what I should do to continue taking care of my teeth. I can now say I have a primary DENTIST. The place is spotless, has all new clean equipment, the doctor is very relaxed, takes his time, very light on his hands and answers all of your questions. The receptionist is as well very helpful, professional and friendly.

Looking forward to my next visit in 6 months. :) Thanks Doc Afifi .

Dr.Afifi is by far the best dentist. I have been going to him for years. I started off as a patient in the Bronx and switched with him when he changed locations to Washington Heights. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Clean office and great response to my inquiries.
