I took a nasty “face plant” fall and they came to my rescue. Teeth chewed bottom lip. Couldn’t eat or drink. They provided meds to soothe and help relieve pain and took x-rays to make sure no fractures or broken jaw bones.

The very best of care. Today I’m able to eat soft foods, mashed potatoes, bananas, puddings. Taste like filet mignon! I was starving! Thanks Dr. Wilmer and your whole team of great gals!!!!

I have found my dentist for life! I saw Dr Sarah Wilmer today to get a sleep apnea oral appliance made, but it wasn't the first time I had met her. She was my dentist in Midlothian years ago, but then she moved out to Manakin Sabot. My husband and I were so bummed that she was leaving. We used to talk about how kind and sweet sweet was, and how good she was at her job.

I was so happy to see her again today! She is an amazing woman, and she is very aware of her patients' anxiety around dentistry. She is also very attentive and considerate. It turns out that I will need six or seven teeth worked on (filling replacements or crowns), and I don't know if I would go through with it if it was with anyone else. But I feel comfortable having her do it.

If you've ever had a bad experience with a dentist, if you need a sleep apnea appliance, if you have gaps in your teeth in which food gets stuck (she's going to help me with this, too), if you have lines around your mouth from aging (I'm considering having her help me with this, also) or any number of other things she is an expert on, I urge you to go see her. You won't regret it!
