As a new patient leaving my dentist of 35 years due to insurance changes, I was apprehensive to say the least. I was very impressed w/ RCD. The via phone intake was professional, comprehensive and brief. The online medical form was easy to fill out. The office receptionist area and treatment rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

The best was Dr. Susan Richardson who treated me for a gum abscess the same day I called and diagnosed it and referred me to an endodontist. I am confident I found a great dentist and practice. Paul G.

I have been going to this practice for 50 years or so when Dr. RIchardson’s father was the dentist. He was wonderful, very caring and excellent with children. Dr. Richardson (Susan) has those same traits. She explains everything that she is doing and it really puts you at ease.

I recommend her all the time. I’ve only seen Dr. Over - street a few times and he too has those same qualities. From the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors You couldn’t ask for a better team. I just hope they keep practicing for many more years because they will truly be missed when they eventually stop.
