My daughter has been going here weekly for fillings and we actually look forward to our weekly Wednesday visit as he only works out of the west end office once per week. Our dentist is not only beyond qualified and knowledgeable he is extremely funny and makes the whole process a pleasure. For my 13 year he made her feel so comfortable especially as this was her first experience with any type of dental work beyond cleaning’s.

Highly recommend United Smiles!!! If I could leave more stars I would.

Dr Amer and Jen are the best orthodontic professionals. Everyone in the Glen Allen office is amazing and kind. You get free coffee or water when you’re there and the environment is clean and updated. 100/10 recommend this office and their staff

I've been going here for routine dental work for a few years now. Each time I go, I'm on time for my appointment but they're always at least 30 minutes behind. No apologies for the tardiness are ever given. Today, I was given an insurance card back that wasn't mine and a consent form for a root canal that I didn't even need.

It shouldn't be this hard to get quality dental care since it's legitimately just a routine cleaning. Please do better for your patients.

Dr. Kar should not be a dentist. He has zero knowledge on pregnant and nursing woman and in my opinion he comes off sexist. He lacks care and compassion he asked me a question only to interrupt me not caring about the answer at all. I have been going to this dentist for 3 years the entire time I’ve been breastfeeding and never once had a bad experience but the one time I see this guy he turns me away because of his lack of knowledge on nursing woman.

I left feeling terrible about myself not even wanting to go back to a dentist ever again. I will be calling back to hopefully see my regular dentist here because I can’t imagine any other dentist would treat a patient with such little regard. And I’m up writing this review in the middle of the night not because my baby is awake but because my tooth is hurting so bad I can’t sleep thanks so called dentist I can barely function with this pain 24/7…. .
