I brought my child to this dental office for a cleaning, but unfortunately, the experience left both of us disappointed—and now, my child is traumatized by the visit. The day before our scheduled appointment, we were rescheduled to a new date. I take full responsibility for arriving late after the GPS led me to the wrong building and the answering service gave incorrect directions, stating the office was next to a Food Lion (which it wasn’t). When we arrived, the hygienist agreed to still see us.

My son, who had just finished a long day at school, was quietly crying during X-rays—not resisting or misbehaving, just tired and emotional. I was asked to come back, and the dental associate later told me he was refusing to open his mouth and not responding, though he later told me no one had even asked him anything before making that judgment. Despite reassuring them that he was ready to continue, we were told the hygienist would not see him and were handed a referral to another location. The entire situation was handled abruptly, and I feel my child was not given a fair chance.

What hurts the most is that this experience now has my child afraid of going to the dentist at all—something no parent wants. I chose this office because it claimed to serve children and was convenient for our family. Sadly, we did not experience the patient, compassionate care that children deserve.

Excellent experience always! I chipped my tooth over the weekend and they squeezed me in at 8:30 Monday. Always so helpful and pain free dentistry. Every time I go, the entire office, staff, and Dentist, are fabulous! Highly recommend!!
