I’ve been going to this dental office for approximately 25 years. I saw Dr John Matthus yesterday. It was his first day assigned at this location. How lucky for me. He was the most wonderful, communicative (to me and his assistant )and caring dentist I’ve ever met. . You had better hold on to him for all of our sakes, because I want to work with him forever. Thank you John.

Been coming here for about 5 years now. Staff is always welcoming, service is quick, through and efficient. Ashley the hygienist explained the process all the way throughout the procedure, very gentle within the sensitive areas. Highly recommended.

Everyone and everything was perfect except for the front desk staff. Rude and abrupt! They all looked as if they are having a terrible day and would like you to feel that same way. Once you get past the front desk it’s all great! The staff eases your nerves and makes you feel at home. The dentist’s are all knowledgeable and professional while putting a smile on your face.

Overall, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and I don’t usually have to wait very long when I have an appointment. My cleanings are efficient and it’s easy to get an emergency appointment. However, every time I go for a cleaning I am asked to pay for an additional service whether it be an extra deep cleaning or fluoride varnish. It can be difficult to get a regular/ maintenance appointment as they are usually booked very quickly.

I rarely have the same hygienist which makes it difficult to form a relationship and means that the person cleaning my teeth does not usually know who I am or my teeth. Doctors, dentists, nurses, medical professionals should have an opportunity to get to know their patients and the unique needs that’s each individual patient has. Having the same hygienist for each cleaning can help with this goal.
