This is probably a great place for routine dentistry. However, I made this appointment specifically to get x-rays and a referral for wisdom tooth removal. I verified multiple times with the lady who set up the appointment that I would leave with what i needed to set up wisdom tooth extraction. I didn't find out until i was already back in the exam chair that their panoramic xray machine was down.

Things happen, I get it, but everyone knew when they talked to me today that the main purpose of my visit was the wisdom teeth, so I would have apprecated a call to reschedule when the machine stopped working. Yes, I know more than I did this morning about my teeth and gums, but im exactly where i was with my wisdom teeth so i kinda feel like i wasted my time. Out of pocket expenses are pretty high also.

I used to be terrified of the dentist but this place really knows how to calm you down. The doctor is super sweet and even does a quick oral cancer screening during every checkup to make sure you’re as healthy as can be. The front end receptionists are always really nice and the hygienists always listen if you have any concerns. Could not recommend this place any more, 10 stars out of 5!

Staff was friendly as could be but did nothing to address my issue that I had mentioned on the phone when booking my appointment. I got a referral to a oral surgeon which could have been shared with me when I first called, saving me hours of being at their appointment. Instead they let me waste an afternoon, unpaid from work, to offer me a barrage of work I need to have done. While I likely do need that other work - not one thing they offered me addressed my actual reason for being there.

Wasted my time to listen to a sales pitch. I will not be back to this practice.

Wonderful office!! They are the kindest people, front desk, hygienist, and Dentist. We have little kids and they were all so patient. Highly recommend! Thank you for your kindness and just doing such a wonderful job. I've had bad experiences before at other dentist so to find a place that I can trust means the world. Thank you again.
