My experience with Dr foster was that she was very rushed and didn't seem to care about my teeth as much as turning over a chair. When I tried to follow up for additional recommended treatment, I felt uncomfortable with their comments and rescheduled elsewhere. I've been getting spam automated texts from them constantly and they won't leave me alone.

I would never go back there. I would rather all my teeth rot and fall out.

Beware: there were a few things marked on my son’s xray that was not completed. Example: the X-ray graph on the techs computer, it showed a tooth that received a filling. The tooth wasn’t even in the mouth. Insurance was charged. There were also 2 crowns that were marked that received fillings…no filling. There is also a crown that was put in a few months ago that fell out the same day…got it put back on…fell out again. Had to go back again. It finally stayed on but the X-ray tech showed us that it wasn’t properly done and this office doesn’t fix what wasn’t done right unfortunately.

A while back, she also decided to drill on my son’s tooth without Novacaine. He told her it was painful but she proceeded. He has developed somewhat of a fear of the dentist now. Since that happened, I go back with my son every time …even for cleanings. I don’t know why we stayed so long. We are on state insurance. I have a feeling this dentist takes state insurance to take advantage of them. I confronted the dentist about what I have observed, and her response was “well you’re on state insurance so you don’t pay for it.

” I told her it doesn’t matter, it’s the principle of it. So our trust is GONE. We will be looking for another dentist. We also noticed the office wasn’t as busy as usual. Now we know why :-( Apparently, our case wasn’t the only one. There are others that have marked procedures that have not been completed, but sent to insurance .

Had the best experience at a dental office in years! Rochelle was awesome in explaining the procedure and explaing and actually showing me proper dental care. Dr Foster was very friendly and spent time to answer my questions. 100% would recommend!

Dr. Foster & her staff accommodated getting me in - in short notice to perform my oral procedure. The front desk staff has always been very pleasant, and her oral technicians have been great. There's a reason why Summit View has been rated "Frederick's Best" and they work hard to maintain that rating everyday.
