I’d like to say first that the ladies working at the front desk are absolutely wonderful, they deserve a big thumbs up but as for the dentist here I would suggest staying far away from them. I’ve been there for several cleanings and quite a lot of fillings put in, I also had a root canal and a crown done at this location and that’s where things get really sketchy. Upon having my crown put on, there was multiple times that the bite was not correct but I was ensured it would be fine, I was told to come back to have the crown placed on permanently and so weeks later I returned and had that done, or so I thought. I was told during that meeting that I needed a new cleaning again and to come back after she “used” permanent adhesive, yet the crown bothered me all the way up to the cleaning and so when I met the woman who would do that cleaning, first she pointed out one of the teeth that I had a “filling” done on in fact has no filling placed in and it’s just a clean hole, which as I told her nothing ever came out in my mouth and I was in shock to hear this.

Afterwards as she’s doing the cleaning, she asked if this was a temporary crown; I asked why do you say that and the reason is because as she was cleaning it popped right off. So the dentist rushed in and quickly used permanent adhesive and didn’t even apologize for what happened for the mistake. There was no mention further of my missing filling and instead that the tooth will now just require another crown also. My bite was still off with the crown so she did correct it some but I recently went to another dentist to have it looked at and they said it was very clear the crown was making contact with the upper tooth and that’s why the pain was present, they worked at the bite and within ten minutes the pain was gone, which tells me there was gross negligence here as to why the dentist at summit view could not solve the issue of my bite while another general dentist determined and fixed it in less then ten minutes.

Oh and this cleaning that happened? I was told my insurance would cover it and that I had only done one cleaning this year, that it would be free. Yet as the cleaning finished I asked the woman to look at my record and see if I had already had two cleanings for the year which she very quickly said yes you did, so I will in fact be charged for the cleaning. Avoid this place so badly and keep looking for a better dental office.

Echoing all the negative reviews. Have had 1 cavity my entire life, but at my visit was told I needed 8 fillings. I remember the hygienist pointed to the xray and said, “see all those dark spots, those are cavities.” Needless to say I got a second opinion- zero fillings needed. Something weird is going on at this office and I’d avoid completely!

I wanted this dentist to work out for me because she’s very sweet and fast. Well years later she’s still sweet and fast but does a horrible job and told me I needed two root canals when in fact I did not. Most of the fillings she did needed replacement after one year. When I questioned this everyone gets really quiet 🤐.

I don’t know how the dental hygienists have the heart to keep working for someone who just cares about meeting her monthly money goals (which I saw on a white board behind the office). I also no doubt believe she somehow paid to have a service recognize her as “the best dentist”.

Do not go here!!! A while ago I went to this office after switching over from pediatric, she told me I had 3 cavities on my first visit and needed them filled, and that I needed a custom fit night guard (bc of teeth grinding). Convenient, because my sister JUST got 3 cavities filled by Foster just before my appointment.

Because of my sisters terrible experience I went to a new dentist and magically had no cavities 6 months later! My father also had constant issues with his crown falling out, and his new dentist had to call her to figure out what she even used on his teeth! Save yourself time, money, and your sanity and do not go here.
